1. Carefully clear a head before the assemblage beginning.

2. Establish new consolidations on directing plugs of inlet valves (12.2).

12.3 If in a head the enameled springs of valves have been established, establish their enameled ends from a head, as is shown in drawing 1. The enameled end of a spring 2. A plate 3. Consolidation 4. A spring saddle

3. Grease and establish the first valve. Establish a spring saddle on directing plug and establish a spring and a plate (12.3).

12.4 Grease сухарики with greasing before installation

4. Compress a spring and establish сухарики, preliminary having greased them (12.4).

5.  Similarly  establish other valves.

12.6 Check up height of installation of a spring of the valve

6. Check up height of installation of valves. It is measured from the top surface of a saddle of a spring of the valve to the bottom surface of a plate (12.6). If height too big, establish washers under a spring.

12.7 For replacement of consolidation of the valve of an admission of the rarefied mix the special tool is used 1.MD998308 2. Consolidation 3. The valve case 4.MD998308

7. By means of tool N MD998308 establish consolidation on a rod of the valve of an admission of the rarefied mix (12.7).

8. Grease a rod of the valve and establish it into place.

9. Compress a spring by means of tool N MD998309 and establish it together with a plate. Establish сухарики.

12.10 At installation of valves of an admission of the rarefied mix use new sealing rings. Grease rings, a carving and a saddle with engine oil (are specified by arrows)

10. Establish a new sealing ring on the valve and grease with its engine oil (12.10). Also grease a carving and a saddle.

11. Establish valves of an admission of the rarefied mix and tighten them till the demanded moment of an inhaling.

12. Grease молибденовой with greasing коромысла, a camshaft and axes коромысел, then establish a camshaft, коромысла and axes коромысел into place.
