4.17. The block of cylinders - survey1. Before block survey clear it.
2. Examine the block on presence of cracks and corrosion. Check up a carving in carving apertures.
3. Examine cylinders on presence of scratches and jags.

4. Measure diameter of cylinders in the top part (hardly below a ledge), on the middle and in the bottom part in parallel an axis of a cranked shaft ( 16.4а, 16.4б and 16.4в). 5. Then measure diameter of each cylinder in the same places across an axis of a cranked shaft.
6. Check up a backlash between pistons and walls of cylinders by means of a set щупов.
7. If walls of cylinders are scratched, cylinders have got the conic or oval form, address to experts for расточки and хонингования cylinders.
8. If cylinders are perfectly in order also backlashes between walls of cylinders and pistons correspond to demanded values everything, that it is necessary othoningo-vat cylinders.
