7.6. Ignition system - the general description and safety measuresAt work with ignition system observe following safety measures:
Do not include ignition longer, than for 10 seconds if the engine is not started.
Observe correctness of connection of a tachometre.
Watch that plugs of a primary winding of the coil of ignition have not concerned weights of the car.
Do not disconnect the accumulator at the working engine.
Models with the distributor of ignition-engines SOHC
The ignition system includes the ignition lock, the accumulator, the coil of ignition, a chain of a primary and secondary winding, the ignition and spark plug distributor.
System of ignition without the distributor-engines DOHC
The ignition system includes spark plugs, high voltage wires, the ignition coil, the gauge of position of a cranked shaft, the capacity transistor, the electronic block of management and gauges.
