1. Remove axes коромысел and коромысла.

9.3 By means of the compressor of springs compress a spring, then remove сухарики

3. Compress a spring of the first valve and remove сухарики (9.3). Accurately release a spring and remove a plate, a spring and a spring saddle.

9.4 If the valve does not act in film, grind area round a flute on a rod of the valve a file

4. Remove the valve and an epiploon. If the valve does not act in film, remove a facet round a flute on a rod of the valve (9.4).

5. Similarly remove other valves.

9.6 Unscrew valves of an admission of the rarefied mix by means of special tool Mitsubishi MD998310 or a deep head

6. If it is necessary, remove valves of an admission of the rarefied mix (9.6).

9.7 Compress a spring of the valve by means of tool N MD998309

7. For valve removal compress a spring of the valve by means of the special tool (MD998309) (9.7), remove сухарики, a plate and a spring.

8. Remove consolidations from a valve rod.

9. After removal of valves clear and examine a head.
