13.17. A steering wheel - removal and installation1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

16.2б Raise a bottom edge of the panel of a sound signal, then remove it

2. Remove the panel of a sound signal from a steering wheel. On some models the panel fastens screws ( 16.2а and 16.2б).

16.3 Having turned off a nut of fastening of a steering wheel, make adjusting marks in a shaft of a steering column and a steering wheel nave

3. Turn off a fixing nut of a steering wheel and mark position of installation of a wheel on a shaft ( 16.3).

16.4 Use a special stripper for removal of a steering wheel from a shaft of a steering column do not knock on a shaft, trying to remove a steering wheel
|
4. By means of a steering wheel stripper remove a steering wheel ( 16.4). 5. At wheel installation combine marks in a wheel and to a shaft. Establish a fixing nut and tighten it till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
6. Establish the panel of a sound signal.
7. Connect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
