10.4. Replacement of epiploons

1. For replacement of an epiploon of a semiaxis lift the car and establish it on support.

2. Remove semiaxes.

3.3 Insert a tip of the big screw-driver (it is specified by an arrow) behind an epiploon and accurately get it

3. By means of the big screw-driver accurately get an epiploon from a nest of a transmission (3.3).

3.4 Apply a thin film greasings on an external edge of a new epiploon and accurately establish it in a nest by means of the big head and a hammer

4. Apply a thin film greasings on an external edge of a new epiploon and accurately establish it in a nest by means of the big head and a hammer (3.4).

5. Establish semiaxes. Be accurate not to damage an edge of a new epiploon.

6. If the sealing ring of a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer proceeds, disconnect a rope of a speedometer from a transmission.

7. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove a speedometer drive.

8. Beat out a spring pin and get a gear wheel from the plug (3.8).

3.9 At gear wheel installation in the plug check up, that the spring pin has been established by a cut from a gear wheel axis

9. Establish new sealing rings on a conducted gear wheel, collect a drive and establish a new spring pin (3.9).

10. Establish a drive on a transmission and connect a speedometer rope.
