6.11. The carburettor - diagnostics and a partitionDiagnostics
1. Before carburettor check it is necessary to check up following elements:
Check up all vacuum hoses and diaphragms on absence of leak and correctness of installation.
Reliably tighten all fixing bolts and nuts of the carburettor and an inlet collector.
Inspect a compression in cylinders.
Clear and replace spark plugs if it is necessary.
Check up high voltage wires.
Check up wires of a primary winding of the coil of ignition.
Check up a corner of an advancing of ignition.
Check up the fuel pump.
Check up work заслонки, regulating temperature of arriving air.
Check up/replace the air filter, Check up ventilation system картера, Check up/replace the fuel filter.
Check up, whether pipes of system of release of the fulfilled gases are littered.

2. For a carburettor partition it is recommended to get the repair complete set including all necessary linings, internal elements and instructions on a partition and the list of spare parts. Alternative to a carburettor partition is acquisition of already restored or new carburettor. Check up, that the new carburettor was the same model, as the old carburettor. The carburettor designation is usually put on the tablet from above the carburettor or on a wall поплавковой chambers identification number is beaten out.
