3.15. The oil pump - removal, check and installation

1. Remove газораспределительный a belt and a camshaft asterisk.

2. Remove the oil pallet.

14.3 Маслозаборный the branch pipe is attached by two bolts (are specified by arrows) to a back part of the oil pump (1,5)

3. Unscrew bolts маслозаборного a branch pipe from a back part of the oil pump (14.3).

14.4 Unscrew заглушку a pressure regulator, get a spring and плунжер

4. Unscrew заглушку a pressure regulator, get a spring and плунжер (14.4).

5.  Remove  натяжитель  газораспределительного a belt.

6. Unscrew bolts, крепящие the oil pump to the block of cylinders. Accurately take the pump from the engine (14.6а, 14.6б, 14.6в).

14.7 Unscrew screws (are specified by arrows) and remove a cover of the oil pump (1,5)

7. Remove a cover from a back part of a casing (14.7) and get internal and external gear wheels of the pump.

8. Take an epiploon of a cranked shaft from a casing.

9. Carefully clean all details and remove from surfaces traces of an old lining. Examine details on presence of deterioration, cracks and other damages. If necessary spend replacement.

14.10а Establish internal and external cogwheels that labels have been located how it is shown in drawing (1,5)

14.10б Measure a backlash between an external cogwheel and the pump case

14.10в Measure a backlash between an internal cogwheel and a dividing element.

14.10г Measure a backlash between an external cogwheel and a dividing element.

14.10д Measure a backlash between lateral planes of gear wheels and a plane of the case of the pump

14.10е In pumps шестеренного the type, put in action газораспределительным a belt, establish gear wheels having combined labels

14.10ж In the pump роторного type establish a rotor so that labels have been turned up

10. Establish internal and external cogwheels of the pump and measure backlashes (14.10а, 14.10б, 14.10в, 14.10г, 14.10д, 14.10е, 14.10ж). Measure length of a spring of a regulator of pressure. Compare the sizes received by you to the data resulted in Technical characteristics.

If necessary replace details. Establish a pump cover. Tighten bolts.

11. Establish a new epiploon of a cranked shaft.

12. Establish details of a regulator of pressure and screw up заглушку.

13. Establish the pump and a new lining, insert and tighten bolts.

14. Establish the remained details.

15. Fill in oil, get the engine and check up pressure of oil.

14.13 In a pump installation time remember, that the internal gear ring should put on on a flat cut of a cranked shaft
