12.12. Prorolling of brake system

Usual brake system (without АБС)
1. If air has got to system through a tank or at removal of the main brake cylinder it is necessary to pump over brakes of all four wheels.
2. If the brake tube was disconnected only on a brake of one, it is necessary to pump over ' only a brake of this wheel.
3. If the brake tube or a hose were disconnected in a place between the main cylinder and any of brakes it is necessary to pump over brakes of these wheels.
4. Remove depression from a servoamplifier, having pressed on a brake pedal some times at the switched off engine.
5. Fill in in a tank a brake liquid.
6. Prepare a new brake liquid, the pure capacity partially filled with a brake liquid, a plastic tube and a wrench.
7. Since the left back wheel, turn off the final screw, then slightly twirl it.

11.8 At prorolling of brakes the hose should be connected to the final screw and the second end is lowered in a brake liquid - leaving air will create vials - make sure, that all air is removed before passing to a following wheel
9.

8. Put on the tube end the screw and lower the second end in a brake liquid (11.8).
9. Ask to press the assistant a brake pedal some times, then to squeeze out a pedal up to the end.
10. When the pedal is squeezed out, open the final screw and wait, while the brake liquid will flow down. Close the screw.
11. Repeat this operation while air vials will not cease leaves through a tube. Then tighten the final screw and pump over a brake of the right forward wheel, the right back wheel and the left forward wheel. Watch liquid level in a tank.
12. Do not use an old brake liquid.
13. Fill a tank with a brake liquid on termination of prorolling.
14.  Check up work of brakes. The pedal should be rigid by pressing and not (to sink {. If it is necessary, repeat prorolling.
Brake system with АБС
Attention! For prorolling of brake system with АБС the engine should work. Lift the car and establish it on reliable support.

11.15 Observe a prorolling order (the final screw № concerns a brake of the left back wheel, screw N6 - to a brake of the right back wheel)
1. Delay valves
2. The hydraulic modulator

15. Start the engine. Execute the operations described in points 8 and 10, and pump over supports of brakes and delay valves. Observe an order of prorolling (11.15).
16. Remove air from the delay valve the same as from supports of brakes (11.15).
17. Reliably twirl final screws of the valve.
18. Pump over the hydraulic modulator located near a back wall of an impellent compartment (11.15).
19. Fill a tank with a brake liquid on termination of prorolling.
