1. Remove a transmission.

2. Flat-nose pliers get a fixing clip выжимного the bearing from a plug (2.1).

3. Get the bearing from a casing. Be accurate not to lose a fixing spring.

4. Check up the bearing and if it rotates badly or with noise, it is necessary to replace it.

4.5а If there is enough place, beat out spring pins by means of a punch and a hammer

4.5б If it is not enough place, get a pin by means of a stripper - in drawing stripper Mitsubishi (MD998807) is shown 1. A plug of deenergizing of coupling 2. A nut 3. A spring pin 4.MD99B807

4.5в After stripper installation, turn a head clockwise for pin removal

5. Examine the plug ends on presence of excessive deterioration. For plug replacement beat out or get by means of a stripper a spring pin (4.5а, 4.5б, 4.5в and 4.5г) and remove a plug, a spring and washers.

4.6а Grease with high-temperature greasing the specified areas 1 Greasing

4.6б Establish spring pins a cut upwards 1 Cut

6. Grease an axis nest выжимной plugs with high-temperature greasing (4.6а), shift an axis aside and establish washers, a spring and a plug. Establish new spring pins (4.6б).

4.7а Grease with high-temperature greasing the specified areas 1 Greasing

4.7б Grease an internal flute выжимного the bearing with high-temperature greasing

7. Grease the ends of a plug of deenergizing of coupling with high-temperature greasing (4.7а). Also grease an internal  surface  выжимного  the bearing (4.7б) and establish it on a plug.

8. Establish a fixing clip of the bearing.

9. Establish a transmission on the car.

10. Examine the plug ends on presence of excessive deterioration and replace a plug if it is necessary (4.10).

11. Before plug installation grease contact surfaces.

12. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
